Frequently Asked Questions

Operating area: We are based on Auckland’s North Shore, however we do provide staging solutions for any type of event in the Greater Auckland region. We also operate outside of this area occasionally so please feel free to talk to us.

Installation times: We work according to your specific requirements of your event and venue. We can accommodate both early and late installations and dismantles and operate seven days a week.

Stages higher than 1 metre: For stages higher than 1 metre a building consent is required. The event organizer has to apply for the exemption at the regional council. We can supply technical information for Prolyte Stage DEX if necessary.

Insurance, Damage & Liability: Customers are responsible for having adequate insurance to cover their event. This includes cover for any equipment supplied by Stage Hire Services Limited, installed or provided as a dry hire. This should cover fire, theft and damage. The customer will be liable for the replacement and / or repair costs of any equipment that is lost or damaged. This does not affect your statutory rights.
